In what format should I create my visuals?
If your advertising content is already ready, the visual (still image) must be submitted in a .png and 1920 x 1080 (HD) format.
Can Bonjour-santé Media create my visual?
Of course! If you want us to produce the visual for you, just send us your logo and the content. Contact us to give us all the details.
If Bonjour-santé Media creates my visual for me, will I have to pay extra?
It depends on the package you choose. The visual (still image) is included with the local package. Contact us about other packages.
Can we broadcast videos?
Of course! You can send us a video that meets the following criteria: Exact length: 15 or 30 seconds (depending on the package chosen) Accepted format: .mp4
How many screens does your network have?
Currently, the Bonjour-santé Media network has 190 screens. Our network is constantly growing.
How much does a campaign on your network cost?

Can I do an advertising campaign even if I have a small budget?

How many times a day will my visual be shown?
Your visual will be shown twice an hour, or approximately 18 to 24 times a day, depending on the clinic's opening hours.
How many people will my ad reach?

What is the deadline for my visual to be distributed?
Visual created and supplied by the client: 24 to 48 business hours. Visual created by Bonjour-santé Media: 7 to 10 business days, depending on the creation and approval process.
Can I promote my business on your screens even if it is not related to health?
Yes! You can advertise your business whether it is health-related or not.
I would like to install one of your screens in my waiting room. Is this possible?
